BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell 60-minute workout class that strengthens your entire body, & challenges all your major muscle groups using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. A total body sculpting, high repetition, muscular endurance, fat burning, weight workout accompanied by highly motivating music. Increase your bone density, speed up your metabolic rate as well as toning up those trouble spots. This non-impact, non-aerobic class is great for all fitness levels. You work at your own level. BODYJAM™ is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. Body Step

BODYSTEP™ uses a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step. BODYCOMBAT™ is an empowering cardio workout that unleashes you. An energetic program inspired by martial arts & draws from an array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi & Muay Thai. This class offers a variety of options which allow you to work at your own level. BodyCombat combines elements of traditional martial arts including Tai Chi, Karate and Kick Boxing to give you a great, total body workout. Beginner to advanced. Get ready for this fantastic fitness session that will improve strength, fitness and self-defence skills.

Body Attack

BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. A cardiovascular interval training program that combines high intensity aerobics, strength and stabilisation exercises. Classes are high in motivation, provided by dynamic instructors and exciting music.

Body Balance

BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength,leaving you feeling centered and calm. Understand how to make the best of your class and be guided through key moves. Body Vive

BODYVIVE™ is a special mix of aerobics, resistance excercise and stretching in a low impact class to classic music hits. This new exciting experience uses resistance tubes and balls, enabling participants to increase the level of difficulty as their fitess improves.
