Spinning, or indoor cycling is one of best exercises you can do. Hearts have state of the art, top of the range equipment, and a refurbished spin room ready to launch one of the fastest growing fitness classes - Spinning.
Spinning is Aerobics on stationary quick moving bikes. Using the beat of the music our instructor will lead you from the front of the class and varies the pace and level throughout the session. The bike can be individually set up for the person using it, so most fitness levels can workout in the same class. You can use group environment to push you harder and give every ounce of your energy. It is the best overall workout you can find.
Because you will be pumping, you will sweat hard. Make sure you wear workout clothes that allow for free movement, in a fabric that pulls sweat away from your body to leave your skin cooler and dryer for spinning.
Class numbers are restrictive, so arrive early for class to ensure a bike!
No admittance will be allowed after the warm-up. This is for the safety of all participants.

Spin classes will strengthen your heart, tone your glutes, calves, thighs and slim the legs. It’s also one of the best fun workouts you can have on a bike indoors!
